What are other runners saying?

Recommend to anyone, full health, small niggles or sidelined entirely by injury....

by Roly

I am currently having difficulties running consistently after two years on and off. Unfortunately there is so much misleading information on the internet, but there is so much accurate, evidence based information that has helped me incorporate exercises with confidence and insight into performance training which I hope to use in the future. I would recommend to anyone to sign up as it's a great chest of knowledge to tap into.

I am now more knowledgeable in ‘how ’ & 'why' these injuries can happen and ‘what next’ moving forward stronger physically and mentally....

Mel

As a passionate and dedicated distance runner, I am aware of the niggles and injuries that we can face as we pound the pavement/trails or treadmill. These, in turn, cause mental challenges and can place doubt into our future as runners. However, having worked The Run Smarter Online Course, This Online Course is highly recommended, as it will give you the knowledge that will help you run smarter, stronger and hopefully allow you to continue to run and achieve your goals.

As an Osteopath, this has assisted me in diagnosing clients, recognising common injuries and treatments.

Pooja

As an Osteopath, this course helped me understand running from the perspective of a client, common training errors and advising on preventative measures, different training methods and running technique. I also have a better understanding of the evidence based research for running. As a new runner myself, I feel confident going forward to achieve my goals.

Not only am I more equipped to deal with injuries, but I have a greater knowledge on the early warning signs and how to prevent in the first place.

Alex

As someone that is new to running and has suffered injuries while cycling extensively (Achilles tendonitis and ITB), it was great to read a detailed and thoroughly researched information regarding common running issues. Not only am I more equipped to deal with injuries, but I have a greater knowledge on the early warning signs and how to prevent in the first place. Whether you are a runner, cyclist or athlete I believe Brodie has created masterful course that can help amateurs and professionals reach their running goals.
